3. Instructor Terms (For Educators & Contributors)If you are an instructor on Acharyaverse: You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your content. You grant Acharyaverse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content. You must not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization. You agree to maintain professional conduct with students and community members. Payments to instructors will be governed by separate payout policies. Acharyaverse reserves the right to remove or modify content that violates policies.
4. Intellectual Property Rights All content on Acharyaverse, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Acharyaverse and protected under Indian intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the creator, but by posting, you grant Acharyaverse a license to use it for platform operations and promotion.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds Certain services on Acharyaverse may require payment or subscription. Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice.
